§ 14-606.  Off-Street Parking.
   (1)   With every building erected and every existing building extended, there shall be provided on the same lot an area or garage containing parking spaces with adequate access to a street or driveway connecting to a street for the use of occupants of said building.
   (2)   There shall be provided one (1) off-street parking space for each one thousand square feet in such building in accordance with the provisions of Section 14-1404(3), (4), (6) and (7) of this Title, as applicable to certain Industrial Districts, and Section 9-601 of The Philadelphia Code.
   (3)   For warehouses and other buildings and structures used primarily for storage, one off-street parking space shall be provided for every three thousand square feet of the gross floor area of the building, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 14-1400 of this Title, as applicable to certain Industrial Districts.
