§ 14-402.  Definitions.
   (1)   Licensed Gaming Facility. A licensed gaming facility as authorized by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to 4 Pa. C.S. Part II, the "Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act" (the "Act"). 289
   (2)   Commission. The City Planning Commission.
