§ 52.056 CONNECTION OF DRAIN WITH STORM SEWER UNLAWFUL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation or association to connect any type of drain with a village storm sewer or drain without first obtaining permission to so do from the Village Council.
   (B)   This section shall take effect and be in force 20 days after its adoption.
