§ 52.030 STORM, GROUND AND UNPOLLUTED WATER.
   (A)   Storm water, ground water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged into such sewers as are specifically designated storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by the local unit. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon application and approval of the local unit to a storm sewer or natural outlet by means of a sump pump routed through the bond board.
   (B)   Basement floor drains must be discharged to the sanitary drains by means of a sump pump/sewage pump with a check valve installed. All installation expenses for the service line from the basement to the sanitary sewer will be at the owner’s expense. The village will not assume liability for backup of any basement floor drain.
