§ 151.12 DEMOLITION OR CORRECTION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR HEARING.
   If a building is so dangerous that it poses an immediate threat to health or safety, the building may be demolished or otherwise made safe without prior notice or hearing. Such danger includes but is not limited to conditions which pose the immediate threat of collapse of the building. Sections 151.09 and 151.10 shall apply to recoupment of village costs, except that the notice requirements of §§ 151.03 and 151.05 shall not apply.
