§ 151.11 BOARDING UP OF BUILDINGS ON NOTICE BY BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   Whenever a building is a dangerous building as defined under § 151.01 for a period of five days after notice of said condition has been issued in accordance with § 151.03, the village may board up the building or take such other action as may be feasible and necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of the village. The costs and their recovery shall be governed by § 151.10, except that the cost to be recovered for boarding up the building shall be in the actual amount expended for the particular work done.
