(A) The installation of a satellite earth station in any designated zoning district within the village shall be in compliance with a setback requirement of 25 feet of the front property line and at least ten feet of each interior side property line, regardless of what other setback provisions are provided in that district.
(B) In the event that a usable satellite signal cannot be obtained by locating the satellite earth station on the rear side or front yard of the property, such antenna may by placed on the roof of the dwelling structure or on the roof of the commercial structure, provided a building permit is obtained prior to such installation and the construction and erection thereof is otherwise in compliance with the Village Building and Electrical Codes.
