For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SATELLITE TELEVISION ANTENNA.
(1) An apparatus capable of receiving communications from a transmitter relay, located in planetary orbit.
(2) SATELLITE TELEVISION ANTENNAS also are commonly defined as, and it is the intent of this subchapter to provide for those apparatus commonly known as satellite earth stations, satellite dish antennas, earth stations, satellite ground stations and dish antennas, all of which apparatus are used to receive communications from a satellite transmitter or transmitter relay station.
