(A) Any permittee furnishing false information on or in connection with his or her application shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, on conviction of which he or she shall be fined $150 and assessed the court costs of prosecution.
(B) Any other violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor, on conviction of which the offender shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200 and assessed the court costs of prosecution.
