§ 111.38 TRANSPORTATION OF LIQUOR OF RETAIL LICENSEES.
   No retail licensee in this village shall permit the transportation of alcoholic liquor from his or her licensed premises for storage purpose in any manner for any purpose, or to any location other than has been expressly authorized in writing by the State Liquor Control Commission.
