§ 111.35 SALES FORBIDDEN DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
   (A)   All bars, taverns, and package liquor stores may be open on each Sunday, if they choose, for on and/or off sale, according to their license class and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the state and of the village.
   (B)   No alcoholic liquors, including beer and wine, may be sold within the village on any day between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (C)   No alcoholic liquors, including beer and wine, may be sold within the village on any Sunday except as detailed herein:
      (1)   Sale for on premises consumption:
         (a)   Alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, shall only be permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following Monday; and
         (b)   During private events which are not open to the general public, alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, shall be permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following Monday.
      (2)   Sale for off premises consumption: alcoholic liquor, including beer and wine, shall be permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following Monday.
