§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Anyone failing to remove said dead or dying trees or tree branches defined as a nuisance in §§ 92.01 and 92.02, after receiving notice thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined in a sum not more than $100 or less than $10.
   (C)   Any entity who violates any provision of §§ 92.03 through 92.09 shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
