§ 91.52 PROCEDURE.
   Any police officer or village employee may cause notice to be served upon the owner, occupant, lessee, or agent thereof by certified mail or personal service advising the person of the violation. If the inoperable vehicle is not removed within 30 days, then a complaint may be filed by the Village Board.
