§ 91.18 JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The Chairperson and the members of the Village Board are directed to enforce this code against all nuisances.
   (B)   The jurisdiction of the Village Board and court shall extend to, and the territorial application of this subchapter shall include, all territory adjacent to the limits of the village within one mile thereof and all territory within the corporate limits.
