(A) Location. Parking is prohibited beginning at the center of State Highway 32 at the intersection of State Highway 32 and State Highway 14, thence north 2,640 feet, or one-half mile, on both sides of State Highway 14 in the village.
(B) Penalty. Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of division (A) above, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25, or more than $100 for each offense.
