§ 73.02 PEDESTRIAN RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   Pedestrians on the sidewalks or crossing streets or alleys at the crossing shall have the right-of-way over persons riding bicycles, and riders of the bicycles shall accord said right-of-way to them.
