§ 71.40 ENGINE BRAKING.
   (A)   Definition. For the purposes of this section, ENGINE BRAKE shall be defined as a device that converts a power producing engine into a power-absorbing air compressor, resulting in a net energy loss.

   (B)   Engine breaking prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to use engine brakes within the village limits of the village.

   (C)   Violation. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, be fined up to $100 and assessed the court costs of prosecution.
