§ 70.60 CIVIL LIABILITY.
   Nothing in this traffic code shall be construed or pleaded as justifying, absolving, or rendering blameless, whether directly or indirectly, any person or persons in charge of or owning any vehicle for any injury or damage to persons or property due to recklessness, incompetency, or negligence in the operation of said vehicle.
