§ 70.24 PROJECTING LOADS TO REAR.
   When any portion of the load of any vehicle extends more than four feet beyond the rear of such vehicle, a red flag shall be carried by day and a red light during the period from sunset to sunrise, securely fastened in a conspicuous manner at the extreme rear end of such load.
