§ 70.23 SLOW SIGNS.
   The appearance of slow signs at an intersection or elsewhere on the streets or alleys requires the driver of a motor vehicle to reduce his or her speed to not more than 15 mph, and maintain such reduced speed until the intersection or other obstruction is passed.
