Bills for the rental or use charges as made by this subchapter shall be rendered at the same time as water bills are rendered by the village, and all charges not paid on or before water charges by the village are required to be paid shall be deemed to be delinquent, and the sewer service shall be discontinued in the same manner that water service is shut off for delinquent water bills.
