§ 50.35 PLUMBING RESTRICTIONS.
   No persons other than the Utility Superintendent or his or her assistant or a licensed plumber under his or her direction shall set meters, tap commercial mains, or make a connection to the water service of this village. No person shall install plumbing or water service in this village unless licensed.
