Every person desiring a supply of water must contact the Village Office and complete an application for the same. Each application by an owner or a renter of the premises to be supplied shall be required to pay a $100 water deposit. If application is made by a non-owner (renter) of the premises, the owner must sign the application so that the services automatically transfer to the owner when there is a disconnection, whether it be voluntary or non-voluntary by a tenant.
