§ 50.03 PLACING OF OBJECTIONABLE MATERIAL PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit, or permit to be placed or deposited in any unsanitary manner on public or private property within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any human or animal excrement, garbage, or other objectionable waste.

(B) It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural outlet or watercourses within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, any sewage or other polluted waters.

(C) It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any facility intended or used for the disposal of wastewater except as provided in §§ 50.04 and 50.05.
