§ 158.49 FOUNDATIONS.
   (A)   Foundations found above ground level are often of rough or cut stone or brick. Some have windows or grills to provide light in the basement or crawl space or to create circulation.
   (B)   Design guidelines.
      (1)   New concrete block/concrete foundations shall be faced to blend with surrounding buildings.
      (2)   Painting and stuccoing historic foundation walls is prohibited.
