Persons wishing to park in publicly-owned parking lots and spaces along Wabash and Miami Streets shall be required to purchase a parking permit. This permit can be purchased at the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office for a non-refundable annual fee of $45. If purchased by the month, the fee will be $5. If purchased for three months, the fee will be $13. No daily rates will be accepted. Residents living in the area will receive one free parking pass per dwelling. Persons parking in a public lot without a permit will be fined. Permits will not be required on weekends or after 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
