§ 37.04 ACCESS OF RECORDS.
   This subchapter shall not in any way expand, reduce or modify those records to which the public shall have access pursuant to state law. The sole purpose of this subchapter is to establish a uniform schedule of charges for copying public records, as requested by members of the public.
