§ 156.999 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates a provision of this chapter or any regulations herein contained, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300 for each day's violation in accordance with IC 36-1-3-8.
