§ 156.032 CLASSIFICATION OF LAND DIVISIONS.
   All land to be divided shall be categorized into one of the three main classes of land division indicated in the definition of subdivision set forth in § 156.021. These classes are:
   (A)   Major subdivisions,
   (B)   Minor subdivisions, and
   (C)   Exempt divisions (See §§ 156.040 through 156.043).
