§ 156.009 AMENDMENTS.
   For the purpose of providing for the public health, safety, and general welfare, the city, on recommendation of the Commission, may from time to time amend the provisions imposed by these subdivision regulations. The Commission and/or the city in the manner prescribed by law shall hold public hearings on all proposed amendments.
