This chapter which was enacted pursuant to Indiana home rule and planning enabling legislation, IC 36-1-3-4 and 36-7-4-600 series, authorizes the Plan Commission to enforce and regulate this chapter for all of the incorporated areas in the city and unincorporated areas within the two mile area as shown on the master plan map.
