(A) Any violation or failure to comply with any term or provision of this chapter may be enforced by the Commission or Board by prohibitive or mandatory injunction in the manner provided by law. The Commission and Board shall have all rights and remedies for enforcement of the provisions of this chapter as may be provided by state law.
(B) Any use that violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a common nuisance, and may be abated in the same manner as a common nuisance.
