The public facilities plan consists of a map entitled "Peru, Indiana, Planning Area, Public Facilities Plan," dated 1968, which shows the location of proposed fire station sites and existing and proposed school, park, or recreation sites within the jurisdiction of the Commission. The public facilities plan is declared to be a part of this chapter, and notation, references, indication, and other details shown therein are as much a part of this chapter as if they were fully described herein.
