(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or cause to be operated a sexually oriented business, regardless or whether or not a permit has been issued for said business under this chapter, and allow such business to remain open for business, or to permit any employee to engage in a performance, solicit a performance, make a sale, solicit a sale, provide a service, or solicit a service, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. of any particular day.
Nothing in this provision is intended to regulate the sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises during hours and times provided by Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Laws within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person while working as an employee of a sexually oriented business, regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for said business under this chapter, to engage in a performance, solicit a performance, make a sale, solicit a sale, provide a service, or solicit a service between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of any particular day.
