§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   In addition to the remedies provided in § 130.04, a violation may be prosecuted as a violation of any other ordinance with the maximum penalty being a fine of up to $500. Each day the violation continues shall be regarded as a new and separate violation for which an additional fine may be assessed and recovered.
