On inspection, if any electrical work or wiring shall not be installed in conformance with the rules and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, as hereinbefore provided, the licensee shall, on being notified by the Electrical Inspector, immediately proceed to remedy and cure all the defects. No further permit to perform any work shall be granted to the licensed electrician until the work is fully done in conformity to the rules and regulations and to the approval of the Inspector. In the event of a disagreement between the Inspector and the licensee, an appeal may be made by the licensee to the Board of Public Works and Safety.
