§ 112.08 ELECTRICAL INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall appoint the Fire Chief or his electrician to conduct the electric inspection called for by ordinance, or other electrical work or wiring, engaged in by any licensed journeyman electrician. The Inspector is authorized and empowered to inspect or cause to be inspected all the electrical work or wiring performed by any journeyman electrician, and to approve or condemn the same within his discretion. The report of the Electrical Inspector shall be made of each inspection in writing to the Board of Public Works and Safety after each inspection, and any journeyman electrician who may be dissatisfied with the decision of the Inspector shall have the right to appeal therefrom to the Board or to the State Fire Marshal.
