§ 112.05 NOTIFYING APPLICANT.
   (A)   In the event the Board of Public Works and Safety shall determine that the applicant has failed in the examination as to qualifications, a resolution shall be passed by the Board to that effect, and the applicant shall be notified in writing of the decision of the Board.
   (B)   In the event the Board shall determine that the applicant shall be qualified to serve as a journeyman electrician, the Board shall so determine by a resolution properly adopted and the applicant shall be notified of the decision of the Board. The decision of the Board, in determining whether or not all the applicants for a journeymen electrician's licenses shall be qualified or not, shall be made subject to the filing of the bond by the applicant heretofore referred to, and subject to the payment of a license fee for a journeyman electrician's license as hereinafter specified.
