§ 112.04 EXAMINATION OF APPLICANT TO DETERMINE SKILL.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety is authorized and empowered to examine the applicant as to his skill and qualifications as journeyman electrician. The Board is further authorized and empowered to call to the aid of the Board the Chief of the Fire Department, the Electrician of the Fire Department, and those other journeymen electricians as they may deem necessary for advice and help in determining the skill and qualifications of the applicant as a journeyman electrician. The Board is authorized and empowered to establish the type and method of examination of each of the applicants for the purpose of determining the skill and qualifications thereof, and the type and method of examination, once determined by the Board, shall be set forth in printed form. Each applicant for a journeyman electrician's license shall be required to pass the type of examination as shall have been specified by the Board. The Board, on the completion of the examination as to skill and qualifications on the part of each of the applicants for a journeyman electrician's license, is authorized and empowered to pass judgment on the skill and qualifications of each of the applicants so applying, to determine whether or not the applicant shall be qualified to serve as a journeyman electrician and whether or not the applicant shall be entitled to a journeyman electrician's license.
