No person, firm, or corporation shall do any electrical wiring or work on or inside any building or structure within the corporate limits of the city for the use of electric current unless that person, firm, or corporation, engaging in the electrical work or wiring, shall hold a journeyman electrician's license from the city to engage in the electrical work or wiring.
