In order to defray the costs incurred by the city processing applications for designation of economic revitalization areas, and pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.1-2(h), the following rules shall apply:
(A) In the case where the subject real estate is an owner-occupied single-family residential project, the applicant shall pay the cost of publication of the required legal notice, as provided in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2.5;
(B) In such cases where the subject real estate is utilized for purposes other than specified in division (A), the applicant shall pay a filing fee as set forth in the following schedule:

The filing fee shall be made payable to the Clerk/Treasurer at the time the application is submitted to the same office. The applicant shall also pay the cost of the publication of the required legal notice as provided in IC 6-1.1-12.1-2.5.
