§ 93.32 COST FOR CUTTING AND REMOVAL.
   If the owner fails to cut or to remove the grass below the height of eight inches within seven days of the mailing of the notice, the Board of Public Works and Safety shall direct its agent to have the grass cut and removed by city employees and to present a bill to the Clerk-Treasurer for the cost of labor and materials involved. On filing the statement of the cost of cutting and removal with the Clerk-Treasurer, the costs would include but would not be limited to gasoline, wages, salaries, fringe benefits, and the sum of $10 for each lot. The administration of this subchapter shall be a lien in favor of the city on the real estate until paid.
