§ 90.45 DESTRUCTION OF DOGS.
   A dog harbored that attacks, bites, or otherwise endangers or that injures or kills a person, cat, another dog, or other domestic animal, or any other animal that is the property of another may be killed at the time of commission of the act. The owner or keeper shall be liable for any damage or injuries caused by a dog, defined in § 90.40 above, unless such damage or injury was to the body or property of a person who, at the time such damage or injuries were sustained, was committing a trespass on the property of the owner, or was teasing, tormenting, or abusing such dog on the owner's property.
