§ 90.44 CONFINEMENT OF VICIOUS DOG.
   (A)   The owner, keeper, or harborer of a dangerous or vicious dog shall keep the dog securely confined at all times in a locked pen, locked fenced yard, or other locked enclosure while on the premises of the owner, keeper, or harborer. The owner shall display in a conspicuous manner, a sign on his or her premises warning that there is a vicious dog on the premises. This sign shall be visible and legible from the highway. Off such premises, the owner, keeper, or harborer shall keep the dog:
      (1)    On a leash or tether not more than six feet long; and muzzle the dog; or
      (2)    Keep the dog in a locked pen or other locked enclosure (i.e. car or truck); and
   (B)   Station a person of suitable age and discretion with the dog in close enough proximity to prevent it from causing injury; and
   (C)   Muzzle dog.
