It shall be unlawful for the owner, driver, or operator of any vehicle to park or stop the same, or to permit the same to be parked, or to stand at any time during the period of any snow emergency, on any of the following streets, avenues, boulevards, parkways, or highways, which are declared to be snow emergency routes, to wit:

All federal and state highways
Broadway
Canal Street
Grant Street
Logan Street
Main Street
Miami Street (Canal to Main)
North Water Street
South Benton Street
Washington Avenue
West Boulevard Street
West Seventh Street
