In accordance with § 71.45 of this title, and when signs are erected giving notice thereof, drivers of vehicles shall stop at every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts of streets:
(A) River Street, Canal Street, Second Street, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth Street, Seventh Street, as the same extend and exist from the corporate limits on the east to the corporate limits on the west of the city.
(B) Miami Street, Broadway Street, and Wabash Street in their entire lengths.
(C) Grant Street, as the same extends from corporate limits on the north to Main Street on the south, and Chili Avenue and Benton Street, from the corporate limits on the north to Main Street on the south.
(D) Washington Avenue, from Chili Avenue and Benton Street on the east to Highway No. 31 on the west.
