§ 73.17 PARKING WITHOUT VALID LICENSE PLATE.
   No vehicle shall be parked on a city street or road without a valid license plate, dealer plate or temporary paper license issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles being displayed, as required by law, upon the vehicle.
