All motor vehicles, snowmobiles, golf carts, horse-drawn carriages, horses, snow slides, sleds, all carts, carriages, and vehicles propelled by human beings or beasts of burden shall not be allowed or used in Maconaquah Park at any time or place; except during prescribed hours in the following areas:
(A) The park drive.
(B) The roadway and parking area in picnic areas.
(C) The roadway and parking area in the park bowl.
(D) The parking lot of the Miller Pool.
(E) Areas specifically authorized by the Park Board.
