If a driver is involved in a collision with a pedestrian or a vehicle in or at such intersection, or if a driver interferes with the movement of other vehicles in, at, or approaching the intersection, after driving past a yield right-of-way sign, the collision or interference shall be deemed prima facie evidence of the driver's failure to yield the right-of-way.
