§ 71.77 DRIVER TO SLOW DOWN ON APPROACH.
   The driver of a vehicle approaching a yield right- of-way sign shall slow to a speed of not more than ten miles per hour, or a lesser speed as is reasonable for the then existing conditions, or shall stop if necessary as provided herein, and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian crossing at the intersection of the street or highway on which the driver is driving, and shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles at or in the intersection or approaching on an intersecting street or highway so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard.
